I grew up in Louisiana, but in 2009 I moved to Colorado to pursue a culinary degree. Food taught me about precision, flow, and nourishment, but after graduating in 2013 I found myself drawn toward touch, healing, and wellness. I earned my esthetician license in 2014 and my massage therapist license in 2016, practicing in various spas around Summit County. The mountains were gorgeous — and cold — so eventually I returned to Denver to build something that felt like a home: Cap Hill Massage & Wellness.
My massage style is influenced by years of yoga, and built around deep pressure (using forearms and elbows) with thoughtful flow. We begin with the back and shoulders while you lie prone, then transition to the front, moving from lower body upward, and finish with a soothing head, neck, and shoulder massage. My goal: to relieve tension, nurture your wellbeing, and send you out feeling rejuvenated in body and soul.
Located in the Sherman Gardens building at the heart of Capitol Hill in Denver, Cap Hill Massage & Wellness offers deep-tissue massage that brings inner calm, release, and restoration. Whether you carry chronic tension, want a reset after a hard week, or simply need to unwind, I tailor every session to your needs.
