Thanksgiving Is Here!

Thanksgiving Week Massage Blog

Thanksgiving week puts most people into two modes: high stress or full shutdown. The travel, cooking, hosting, and schedule changes tend to show up in the shoulders, low back, and jaw before anything else. This is the point in the year when small aches start turning into real discomfort if they’re ignored.

A massage the week of Thanksgiving isn’t about treating yourself so much as it’s about staying functional when your routine is disrupted. Focused work on the neck, upper back, and hips can help counter the long hours in the car, the extra time standing in the kitchen, and the general tension that comes with family-heavy weeks.

If you want to head into the holiday feeling physically steady—or recover from it—I’ll be open on Black Friday with extended business hours. It’s a straightforward way to reset your system before the December rush starts.

Thanksgiving week is busy for everyone, but your body doesn’t get a break unless you give it one. Booking even a single session this time of year makes a noticeable difference in how you handle the final stretch of the season.

Here's a little Thanksgiving treat from the great Adam Sandler just because I love it!
